Vintage oil gauging tape measure with a plumb bob

This is a vintage oil gauging tape measure with a plumb bob used in the petroleum industry to measure liquid levels in storage tanks and because of the nature and age of this item it is well used and you cannot read the measurements.  but this is an item anybody would want for their collections
